General Manager - Human Resources - 16524

Casino Careers Online has a client seeking a candidate for a General Manager - Human Resources position.

The position description is as follows:

The primary responsibilities are to ensure employees are achieving company objectives through creating a work environment conducive to employee engagement and retention.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is a key member of the property’s executive leadership team. The effective business partner will work closely with the line operating management to understand, anticipate and provide solutions through a motivated and engaged work force. The Executive General Manager may provide solutions through the property’s own HR team and/or through the human resources shared services.

Requirements:

GAMING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED FOR THIS POSITION
-Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources or equivalent preferred
-Proven HR management experience with a strong commercial orientation in a Company with a large, service-focused
-Gaming industry experience highly preferred; hospitality industry experience desired
-Management experience in Asia or in a culturally diverse industry highly preferred
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and spoken) essential, Cantonese highly regarded
